Caring nurturing environment, brilliant staff and Mum content. Great service by all and the variety of activities for residents is great. Staff are very good, patient and genuinely supportive of the residents as far as I can see from my experience so far.

The care my dad receives is of a very high standard. His needs are all taken care of and our family is always kept informed of how he is. The home has a wide range of activities that he's encouraged to take part in and we love seeing the pictures on their social media page. The team know him well and he is well looked after, happy and content.

Can't fault Broxburn Care Home — all the staff are amazing and the residents are all looked after to a high standard. It is a home from home and families are welcome to visit at any time. My Dad is currently residing here and he loves his surroundings and all the staff. Regular trips and social activities for all to join in. Highly recommend.

My mum has been in Broxburn for two years and she is well looked after. Treated with respect and dignity. The staff are all professional and friendly — nothing is too much bother. My mum has made a lot of friends in the home. They have a lot of varied activities and social events that everyone is encouraged to join in. The main thing is as a family we know my mum is safe and well looked after.

The staff are fantastic with my father. He is well looked after, always clean. The staff go above and beyond to do what they can to make Dad's life better, and always have his best interest at heart. They look out for the family too, always smiling and laughing.

I cannot recommend Broxburn Care Home enough. The residents are very well looked after by the friendly, smiling, patient and caring staff. The residents enjoy good food, outings, sing-alongs, visiting entertainers, social nights and pamper sessions to name but a few. The staff are upbeat and treat the residents with affection and respect. A most difficult decision of having to have my father go into care was made easier, in the knowledge that he is looked after by the most caring, capable and hardworking staff.
